My approach is thoroughly client-centred.  I will listen to you and work with you to devise a path to achieve your objectives.  Experience has taught me that goals can evolve over a period of time and, as ever, flexibility is the key to success.  Typically, I will work with a client for a finite period towards a defined end, as they are often in a transition period of some sort.  You are the expert about your situation not me. But I can help shape a new perspective and provide a valuable external sounding board in a supportive environment.

With a background in Board-level communications roles and leadership in both public and private sectors, my experience naturally lent itself to heading up trade bodies, with all the tact and diplomacy required for those roles.  I have always been a mentor and coach throughout my career and am now coaching (mainly CEOs) and am a fully qualified Advanced Executive Coach (International Coaching Federation/University of the West of England).  If you think I might be able to help, do please get in touch.
